A full tuition fee refund, less the registration fee (CAD$250.00), will be granted if Citizenship and Immigration Canada does not issue the Study Permit. In such case, the student must provide:<\/p>\n

- The original Letter of Rejection from Citizenship and Immigration Canada<\/li>\n
- The original Letter of Acceptance<\/li>\n
- The original receipt of tuition payment<\/li>\n
- A written refund request by the student including the name and address of the cheque recipient<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
There will be no refund of the tuition fee in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n
- \n
- If the student chooses to withdraw for reasons other than the Study Permit has been denied by Citizenship and Immigration Canada<\/li>\n
- If the student is found in violation of school regulations and asked to withdraw from the school<\/li>\n
- If false documents was given and conditions were not disclosed<\/li>\n
- If the student does not attend classes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
In the event that the student\u2019s immigration status changes during the school year, the student is to contact the International Programs and Admissions Office immediately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
