Our Summer & Winter Camps offer learners from all over the world the opportunity to improve their English language skills whilst enjoying a varied and exciting activity program.
Toronto has long been a favourite destination for language travellers. The combination of a multicultural environment, fantastic sightseeing, shops and restaurants, bars and night-life, and some of the most beautiful scenery in Canada, ensures a steady flow of visitors to this relaxed but vibrant, diverse and above all welcoming city. It is the ideal environment in which to study English and learn about the Canadian culture. Toronto has more restaurants than any other city in Canada and is the home of many theatres, music and dance companies, as well as a variety of museums. On our Summer & Winter Camp program students will also have the opportunity to explore Toronto and Niagara Falls.
All our teachers are graduates with recognised TESL certificates, and are extensively briefed on the particular needs of young learners. The language is brought to life through a vibrant and functional approach. In addition to formal language skills training, lessons include project work, videos, games and use of our International’s wide variety of modern English language teaching resources. On their first day, students take a test to ensure they are placed in an appropriate level. There are 14 levels from beginner to advanced.
There are full-day and half-day excursions per week. Full day excursions include Toronto Zoo, Royal Ontario Museum and parks. Half-day excursions are to Ripley’s Aquarium, Black Pioneer Village & CN Tower.
